After five years, I bought a 35mm negative yesterday, a black and white P3200 TMAX Kodak. But funny enough I don't know what to do with it or what to photograph. I feel totally empty or somehow scared after taking digital photos for so many years. However it made me think to find something worth photographing, something that one doesn't consider much with digital, because there you first take the photo and then think. Whereas with negative you have to first think.
It also reminded me of Quentin Tarantino who once said if you wanna make movie then go buy some film and put it into your fridge. Every time you go to take a drink, you look at those films and they look back at you and you'll begin to think about your movie. That’s kind of how this is for me now anytime I open my fridge.
