"Improve" conviction rate!

Tory leader David Cameron has called for tougher sentences for rapists, BBC. As if a person who is going to rape someone would consider the penalty and calculate whether it is worth raping certain individual for running the risk of certain punishment!
Politicians sound like someone who have never been raped or have never raped nobody. Oh yeah they don't. They just fuck everyone in the ass!
